En 2002 fundó Burgos & Garrido Arquitectos [BGA] con Ginés Garrido. BGA ha desarrollado proyectos de espacio público y diseño urbano
y puentes peatonales, entre ellos, el proyecto Madrid Río que obtuvo el XII Veronica Rudge Green Prize in Urban Design (2016), GSD Harvard.

BGA además ha realizado proyectos de vivienda y equipamientos públicos y ha ganado más de 40 premios en concursos nacionales e internacionales de arquitectura; recientemente, los concursos para la puesta en valor del yacimiento arqueológico del arrabal andalusí de la Arrixaca en Murcia, un puente peatonal sobre el río Miño en Pontevedra y el nuevo hospital de La Paz en Madrid.

He founded Burgos & Garrido Arquitectos Asociados [BGA] with Ginés Garrido in 2002. BGA is a practice with experience in public space, urban design and footbridges. Among these, Madrid Rio project has been awarded with the XII Veronica Rudge Green Prize in Urban Design (2016) GSD Harvard.
BGA has also completed diverse housing projects and public facilities and has been awarded with more than forty prizes in national and international architecture competitions. Lately, they have won the competitions for the valorization of the archaeological site of the al-andalusian complex called La Arrixaca in Murcia, a new footbridge over the Miño river in Pontevedra, and the new La Paz Hospital, in Madrid.
